Fall 2014: Past, Present, Future

Autumn 2014 started out on a high note for the Speed City Sisters in Crime chapter. The majority of members attended a retreat at Bradford Woods held the last weekend of September. The weather was wonderful, the accommodations were perfect (The Manor House, with its rumor of a haunted third floor), and the atmosphere promoted writing. Guest of Honor, Jeanne Dam inspired us and participated in the activities.
On October 18th, I’ll be participating in the Author Fair at the Greenwood Library from 1 to 4, with fellow Speed City members.
The last weekend in October, I’ll be at Magna cum Murder, enjoying fellowship with fellow fans of the mystery genre.
November 10, I’ll be traveling with fellow Sisters In Crime members to Warsaw for an author panel there (6 to 7:30 PM, if you happen to be in the neighborhood).
